Hi, I’m Sophie - the face behind FAYA by Sophie, a Pilates and Yoga community for all.

I’m a certified yoga and Pilates instructor who creates feel-good, effective classes for every body. From Mat and Reformer Pilates to Yoga, my classes are designed to build strength, consistency, and a strong mind–body connection, without the pressure. You can practise with me in the studio, online, or in a home-based setting, making movement accessible and flexible for your lifestyle.

Each class is thoughtfully crafted with care and intention to support you at every level. Whether you’re looking to get stronger, find stillness, or move with more purpose, you’ll be guided with warmth and positivity on your own unique wellness journey. This is where discipline meets joy, and real transformation begins.

FAYA stands for Flow As You Are. Simply, movement designed for everybody. FAYA was born from meeting people so often holding themselves back from starting because of a lack of confidence or self-belief. The beautiful thing about Yoga and Pilates is that they celebrate individuality and meet you exactly where you are making them truly accessible for everyone.

Yoga and Pilates may be different practices, but at their core, they’re deeply connected. When you practice them individually and blend them into your weekly routine, something truly magical happens. You begin to feel grounded, connected, aligned, and confident and that’s when long-lasting habits form and real change begins to unfold in ways you never expected.

    Connection is the foundation of the Method by FAYA. Through intentional, breath-led movement, we reconnect with the body and bring the mind into the present moment. This awareness allows us to move with precision, control, and purpose building strength, balance, and stability from the inside out. As we deepen this connection, confidence becomes embodied rather than forced. When we learn to truly connect with our bodies, we begin to understand ourselves, and movement becomes a pathway to alignment and self-trust.

  • CONFIDENCE

    Confidence is built through intentional movement, not comparison. Everyone is welcome, whether it’s your first class or part of your ongoing practice. Our all-levels sessions guide you to move with control, precision, and awareness, honoring your body’s pace. Movement becomes a tool for self-discovery rather than perfection, empowering you to move with ease, feel stronger, and step confidently into your future self. With each practice, you reconnect with your core strength and learn to trust the power within your body.

    Community has become a buzzword, but here it’s real. FAYA is a welcoming space to refill your energy, reconnect with yourself, and grow within a movement community. Pilates brings us together to share, support, and uplift one another, both on and off the mat. Hi, I’m Sophie, the founder of FAYA Wellness.

A space for empowered movement and meaningful connection through Yoga, Pilates, and Wellness Events. As a passionate, qualified instructor from Surrey, I’m deeply grateful for how these practices have transformed my life, not only as a form of movement, but as a mindset. I trained in these practices because I’ve experienced firsthand how powerful they can be for the body and mind. Pilates and yoga have helped me build real strength, improve mobility, and move through daily life with more ease and confidence, and I believe they can do the same for you.

At FAYA, we welcome every body and every starting point. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, this is a space to move well, feel stronger, and take care of yourself. No pressure, no expectations — just smart, effective movement that helps you feel your best.
