BEGINNER | EVERYBODY STARTS SOMEWHERE

Expect clear and supportive instruction with plenty of modifications offered to suit your body and experience level. We move with the breath throughout to calm the mind, create space, and help you connect more deeply to yourself.

HATHA | TRANSFORM YOURSELF

Our Hatha Yoga classes offer a grounding and steady-paced practice that focuses on balance, control, and stability. Through mindful movement and breath awareness, you’ll build strength, improve posture, and create a deeper connection between body and mind. Perfect for all levels, this class offers a calm yet powerful foundation for your yoga journey.

VINYASA | ENERGY IN EVERY BREATH

These dynamic classes are designed to awaken your energy and leave you feeling strong, uplifted and centred. With a steady rhythm of breath-led movement, you’ll build heat, improve strength and flexibility, and find a deep sense of focus. Expect creative sequences, empowering transitions and a flowing pace that brings both challenge and release. All levels are welcome, with options and modifications offered throughout to support your unique journey on the mat.

RESTORATIVE | WHERE REST BECOMES RITUAL

A gentle and deeply nourishing practice designed to help you rest, reset and restore. In these classes, we use props to fully support the body in long-held, restful poses that encourage deep relaxation and healing. Perfect for soothing the nervous system, releasing tension and reconnecting with stillness, this class is ideal for anyone needing space to slow down and breathe. No experience is needed, just come as you are and let yourself soften.

YIN | STILLNESS WITH PURPOSE

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body. In this class, poses are held for longer periods to gently stretch and release tension in the hips, pelvis, spine, and shoulders.

Through stillness and breath, you'll create space in both body and mind, helping to improve flexibility, support joint health, and calm the nervous system. Yin is the perfect complement to more dynamic styles, offering you the chance to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
