Hi, I’m Sophie, the founder of FAYA Wellness.
A space for empowered movement and meaningful connection through Yoga, Pilates, and Wellness Events. As a passionate, qualified instructor from Surrey, I’m deeply grateful for how these practices have transformed my life - not only as a form of movement, but as a mindset. I trained in these practices so I could share their powerful, healing potential with others. Yoga and Pilates have given me strength, clarity, and connection - and I believe they can do the same for you.
